HeyWaiter

HeyWaitr is a Danish ordering and payment system featuring a digital menu. Guests scan a QR code, place their order from their own phone and pay using, for example, MobilePay, Apple Pay or a debit or credit card. Orders are sent directly to the kitchen or bar. The solution also includes features for upselling, repeat orders, loyalty schemes, discount codes, takeaway and capacity management, and can be integrated with existing POS systems.

HeyWaitr is ideal for restaurants, cafés, bars and other catering establishments that want to reduce waiting times and minimise manual work for staff. The system is also suitable for hotels, theatres, festivals, stadiums, bowling alleys and activity centres, where guests need to be able to order and pay from their table or seat.
