What do you like most?

Very intuitive, simple, great support and onboarding. I was sure you wouldn't get good support once you signed and paid but it's just as good. Feel so confident with Hailey and all the managers are happy too.

What do you like least?

Some parts are under development and I am looking forward to an updated salary mapping module, I want to be able to compare salaries between different reasons better (in the salary review model) and ask managers access to some reports and not all (which includes salary). I would like to have a better tracking module and the possibility to enter upcoming changes, a new address starting in 2 months for example.

Hailey is used on a daily basis for all processes and follow-ups throughout the employee journey. The journey often begins with the recruitment process, where both the employee and the recruiter are guided through an efficient, automated workflow: data collection, contract signing via BankID, collection of documents and equipment, and a pre-boarding portal – all in well-designed steps where you simply need to follow the process. The workflow also seamlessly links recruitment and onboarding. HR retains full control and quality-assures the processes, whilst responsibility can be transferred to the hiring manager, entirely independently of HR.

Function & Usage

As an HR professional, you log in via your web browser to access your daily view and a broader overview. As an employee or manager, you log in via the mobile app for iOS and Android, with day-to-day tasks, shortcuts and relevant content directly at your fingertips. We keep the number of clicks to a minimum so that you, as a user, have as much as possible at your fingertips. Automation guides you through the processes, and data is collected continuously, both within the processes and via self-service. The user-friendly design means that everyone can work independently on the platform.

With Hailey HR, you can build your own workflows and templates, tailored to how your organisation actually operates. Employee data is synchronised with payroll systems and other tools via the open API. Managers are provided with ready-made templates to enable them to monitor their own employee processes. Employment contracts are signed and collected via BankID, and employees update their own details directly via self-service. With the master data in place, HR is also ideally positioned to manage more comprehensive processes such as pay reviews, pay surveys and employee surveys.

Hailey is currently used by medium-sized companies operating in one or more of the Nordic countries, where we are actively developing the platform to meet country-specific legal requirements. The majority of our customers are in the private sector, comprising professional organisations. For companies seeking a modern provider offering flexible solutions, Hailey is the natural choice.

Pricing

The price of Hailey HR depends on the number of active employees. Hailey is always sold as a comprehensive solution, which includes standard integrations and AI functionality. The cost comprises a monthly subscription fee per active employee, plus a one-off implementation fee tailored to the organisation’s size and needs. There is no minimum contract term; we know that satisfied customers will stay with us anyway.

No, Hailey HR does not offer a free version. However, interested customers are given the opportunity to try out the platform via a demo account during the procurement process, so they can explore its features before making a decision.

The platform is 100% EU-sovereign; all data is stored and processed exclusively by EU-owned providers in Europe, without exception. This eliminates the risk of your data falling under legislation such as FISA 702 or the CLOUD Act. Data is protected by encryption and role-based access control, and configurable retention policies with automatic deletion ensure the platform complies with the GDPR.
