That all staff data is gathered as profile, calls, contracts and company info.

What do you like least?

That work processes such as preboarding cannot be easily analysed, overview picture with detailed activities is missing together with activators and deadline, should be printable. That the current organisational picture is so detailed and large, would like a more streamlined version. Strange that you have a recruitment module, those outside Hailey are so developed and specialised, you want to keep them.

What business-critical problems do you feel Hailey HR solves?

That all managers follow the same process. That everyone has access to the same information. That the system is GDPR protected and that employment contracts are signed digitally in a simple way and that you can integrate Hailey with other systems.

Easy to use and practical for absence reporting and employee management.

Some problems at the turn of the month.
