What do you like most?
The user-friendliness of the tool and the fact that each manager gets their own results! This allows them to see for themselves what the trends are in their teams and to get recommendations on what they can do to improve a specific area, such as personal development or motivation.
What do you like least?
Primarily, it is a managerial tool where you get the right amount of data, but as HR, you may be missing some data, such as the total percentage of the organisation that has responded to a survey or eNPS benchmarking.
What business-critical problems do you feel Grade Pulse solves?
The tool enables managers to take greater responsibility for their employees' engagement and allows them to be more strategic about it. The tool also provides the opportunity to track metrics such as eNPS and engagement which are of great importance when making decisions!

What do you like most?
That the manager gets a good overview of the Engage measurement and can easily / quickly get started to get a grip on development areas in the unit. Employees can be allowed to respond with comments that come to the manager and they can answer them directly in the tools. The employee has the choice of whether to send the comment anonymously.
What do you like least?
The link to the unit is not always easy. We can create teams to select who will be included in the measurement but the follow-up and evaluation is difficult as only one can be the team leader and the HR role cannot be linked to the team.
