What do you like most?

Creates order with the help of allocation rules, certifications and study plans. Very good possibility to extract statistics and good to be able to create your own reports. Works smoothly when there is a need for rapid changes.

What do you like least?

The Saba Meeting virtual classroom, security is so high that it becomes difficult to use for our stressed managers.

What business-critical problems do you feel Galaxy solves?

Where mistakes or misconceptions are detected, information on correct behaviour can be provided quickly. We can also show that the right people receive the right training at the right time.

What do you like most?

The excellent search function, the possibility of all kinds of assignment rules, the possibility to influence the graphic layout. The very easy-to-use authoring tool Create Tool and the streaming service Cornerstone sbx, which works without the films lagging, which they would otherwise do in our internal IT system if you use Youtube or Vimeo, for example.

What do you like least?

Lots of keystrokes, sometimes very square if you made a mistake or need to change something

What business-critical problems do you feel Galaxy solves?

Our need to train new or existing staff at short notice in new techniques, new equipment, in tasks they have not done before. That these training programmes can be accessed every day of the year and every hour of the day. Very important as we have a business that is both geographically dispersed and runs around the clock.

What do you like most?

The ability to grow within the system. New needs constantly emerge, sometimes due to the organisation itself and sometimes due to external circumstances, and the ability to adapt quickly and to do things you didn't know you would have to do is extremely valuable

What do you like least?

Sometimes you have to wait for strange translations to be translated into better functioning Swedish words
