What do you like most?
The system is relatively easy to understand and navigate. We mainly use it for basic data and absence records. The support is excellent – quick, friendly and helpful.
What do you like least?
It can be a bit of a faff to navigate back and forth within the system and to set up the processes. However, we haven’t spent much time working on it yet, and as we all know, practice makes perfect. Unfortunately, we were unable to resolve the integration issue with our cloud-based payroll system (Spiris).

What do you like most?
The system is simple yet comprehensive. I get everything I need in one place. The support is brilliant; I always get quick help without any hassle.
What do you like least?
There are some changes for which I cannot specify a date; instead, I have to register them on the day the change is due to come into force.
