What do you like most?
Creatio is extremely user-friendly and enables quick implementation. Also, it's very useful to have all the marketing analytics in one place and compile reports covering different channels.
What do you like least?
Email templates could be better - at the moment there are not enough changes you can make and the whole process of designing emails is a bit cumbersome. According to their roadmap, could be fixed very soon.
What business-critical problems do you feel Creatio solves?
We automated emails as well as used webhooks for retention activities. We also gained lots of practical insights due to extensive analytics features in Creatio.

What do you like most?
User adoption. In my previous job, I observed how teams reacted to such changes. Usually, about half the people were hesitant to use it, and the other half didn't know how to get started. But when we introduced Creatio's platform, things were different. Most people quickly got on board. The interface looked great, and the system's functions were easy to understand. Our team loved it!

It would be great to have more variety of marketplace options.

All customer data is easily tracked, visible, and accessible. By using Sales Creatio, we've eliminated the need for spreadsheets and hard copy documents. Additionally, we can now communicate with our customers and prospects through their preferred channels. This has empowered our team to close contracts more efficiently, thanks to Creatio's collaboration tools and guided workflows.
