What do you like most?
I find Buisness NXT very easy to work in compared to other systems. There are good opportunities to customise different views and work with larger amounts of data. The fact that it is possible to cut and paste directly into Excel is something I personally appreciate a lot. The integration with OneStopReporting is also great for quickly getting raw data or customising finished reports.
What do you like least?
I think that the system is to some extent limited in what is possible to set up. We have had a number of requests where the desired technical solution has not been possible to achieve.
What business-critical problems do you feel Business NXT solves?
We use Buisness NXT all the way from order placement, procurement and manufacturing, to scanning packages onto lorries and sending out invoices. Our business requires that we have a stable business system in which all processes work and for over a year we have used Buisness NXT with good results.
