What do you like most?

What I appreciate most about Anita Dental is that it is a cloud-based solution, allowing us to access the system anytime and from anywhere. This flexibility makes it easy to manage our daily workflow and collaborate efficiently across the clinic. The system is also intuitive and easy to learn, making it simple for both new and experienced users to get started. I particularly like the ability to create tasks within the team, which improves communication and helps ensure that important follow-ups are not overlooked. Another valuable feature is that many workflows reduce the need to manually enter patient names. This minimizes the risk of typing errors or selecting the wrong patient, which improves both efficiency and patient safety. The customer support is another major strength. It is easy to submit support requests directly through the system, and the integrated remote support feature allows issues to be resolved quickly without unnecessary delays. I also appreciate that user guides and help documentation are built into the software, making it easy to find answers whenever needed. Finally, the support team is highly solution-oriented and genuinely listens to customer feedback. When we suggest improvements or request new features, they take our input seriously, communicate it to the development team, and regularly implement enhancements based on user feedback. It is reassuring to know that the software continues to evolve according to the needs of its users.

What do you like least?

The area with the greatest potential for improvement is the X-ray module. I would prefer it to be fully integrated into the journal system, creating a more seamless workflow without switching between different applications. I understand that this integration is planned, which is a very positive development. In older versions of Anita, I also found the payment interface less intuitive than the rest of the system. The ne more modern and streamlined payment workflow would further improve the overall user experience.

What business-critical problems do you feel Anita Dental solves?

Anita Dental helps us manage patient referrals efficiently within the patient record system while streamlining many of our day-to-day clinical and administrative workflows. By integrating referrals directly into the patient journal, the system reduces manual administration, improves communication, and ensures that important patient information is readily available. The software also supports better collaboration within the clinic through task management, reduces the risk of patient identification errors, and provides quick access to support and guidance when needed. Overall, Anita Dental improves efficiency, enhances patient safety, and helps us deliver a smoother and more consistent experience for both staff and patients.

What do you like most?

The cloud-based solution, the opportunity to work and have control from all over the world if you travel a lot. As well as all the great features we in the administration use on a daily basis to develop the clinic and staff. Anitapuls is one example.

What do you like least?

That every now and then, very rarely, it gets stuck. Fortunately, this doesn't happen often, and as long as you "refresh" the tab, it's solved.
