Reviews
Pros
Overall, we find Mindkey to be a user-friendly and stable system that provides excellent support for our recruitment and HR processes. We particularly appreciate the comprehensive management of candidates, job advertisements and workflows, which helps to create a more structured process.
Easy to navigate, plenty of options

Cons
There are always things you’d like but can’t have, but I generally find that there’s a great deal of flexibility and that the Mindkey staff are solution-oriented.
As an organisation with many different employee groups and managers, it is important to us that the system continues to be developed with a focus on simplicity, efficiency and a good user experience. We’d like a ‘Key Account’ manager who knows our setup in detail and reaches out regularly when there are new features and fixes that we aren’t aware of ourselves.
Not everything is intuitive
