The simplicity, the organisation and the support!
Very easy to work with and clear
Very easy to implement and use. Fast and good support when needed.

Cons
There are some limitations relating to time reporting, but this is apparently being developed at the moment.
A couple of minor issues, such as the fact that you cannot create folders within the file structure, and that you should be able to edit absence types.
Can't say there is anything I don't like about it. The system solves the needs we have.
