Group and opportunities for reports. As well as project follow-up.
"What I like most about Xledger is the strong reporting capabilities. The system is very flexible in terms of dimensions and has good analysis tools, with easy drilldown to voucher level and the option to customise your own reports and export to Excel. In addition, invoice approval is very efficient, with an intuitive workflow.
The automations are customisable to suit our business. There are many features that reduce manual labour.

The design could be more vibrant.
The standard reports on the dashboard are not always as relevant to me. Fortunately, there are options to customise your own reports on the dashboard too.
If something is done "wrong" in the system, it can be complicated to reverse (especially in the logistics module)
VAT reconciliation. It is a bit complicated with different VAT codes that you have to put it right before otherwise it will be wrong.
