We have been extremely happy with our collaboration with tracezilla and have received good and highly competent service. However, I can see that there would have been some advantages in having an implementation partner or a consulting advisor involved in the process. This could have relieved us as project managers along the way. tracezilla has a strong and flexible product that can be configured at a very detailed level. It's a big advantage to have a consultant invloved, who knows all the possibilities in the system.

It is a major advantage to have a consultant on board who is familiar with all the system’s capabilities.

The connection to the bank was not straightforward, as the bank was not initially adapted to the new technology. This meant that we needed to upgrade our contract, and in the process we changed several internal procedures, which led to some initial challenges. Later, as we expanded our use, internal challenges also arose, but these were more related to our internal working practices that needed to be revised than to the system.
