Pros

What we appreciate most is the combination of fast implementation and flexibility. It feels like a modern solution where you can quickly create value without getting stuck in long development cycles.
Solution Starters enabled us to get started quickly with a solution that covered many of our needs right from the start. We also like the fact that it is possible to further develop the solution in line with the business.
The simple user interface that can be customised to our needs.
We had a good look at Planday, but ended up with Timegrip - and we haven't regretted it. The shift swap feature in the app works seamlessly and the SDR team quickly got into it. The overview of staffing versus needs gives us exactly the visibility we needed. Support is fast and pragmatic - you can tell it's a Danish product.

Cons

Given the rapid pace of development, it is important to think through processes and priorities on an ongoing basis so that you build the right things in the right order.
As with any new system, some time is needed for onboarding and for setting the right working practices internally, especially when several teams are involved.
Haven't experienced anything that doesn't work or can be changed.
The desktop management part is slightly more complex than the app experience. But that's a minor thing - you get used to it quickly.
