Pros
The system is easy to use, saves time in daily work and is very affordable. The fast and personalised customer support is also a big plus.
Flexible system that covers a lot for a reasonable price in a small business
Accrual of revenue and VAT, no other system solves it.
I always get good help from the support team who respond quickly and help me with the questions I have. I use Tecta together with integration and additional service with Fortnox Invoicing, which is very smooth.

Cons
There are some features that could be further developed, but it is clear that the system is continuously improving. For example, the ability to send customer surveys to tenants via TenFAST would be a good addition.
A bit tricky to adjust for things that are not the most mundane
Lack of tenant portal but it is apparently underway.
