Accrual of revenue and VAT, no other system solves it.
I always get good help from the support team who respond quickly and help me with the questions I have. I use Tecta together with integration and additional service with Fortnox Invoicing, which is very smooth.
Flexible system that has everything needed to set up professional rental agreements. Free Bank ID signing is unique.

Lack of tenant portal but it is apparently underway.

Missing integration to our business bank for automatic tick-off, hopefully coming soon.
E-invoice for the tenant is currently missing, heard that it is about to become possible.
