Pros
I am very happy with Learnster! It is a well-developed learning platform that has many good features that make it easier for us who work with the administration of courses and users.
Ease of use and support: intuitive and easy-to-use interface, really good support with both chatbot and live team when needed.
The flexibility of the system
The co-operation with the Sympa team during implementation. The development focus - it feels good that we have invested in a system that wants to continue to develop, refine existing services and offer new features. Great with webinars where we as customers get an insight into what is coming.

Cons
That you cannot register new "students" directly in each course, but must go through the registration of new "users" before you can add to an existing course. There will be many clicks...
There's something tricky with the library; pages I've saved are hard to find when I want to reuse them and I don't always know which version I've found. What the difference is between saving "new" to library or saving a version is unclear.
That you have to fill in today's date manually in the tables. it is not possible to sort in alphabetical order using the Scandinavian letters å, ä and ö
Has been a bit challenging with some connections.
