Pros
The system’s design makes it easy to use for administrators, managers and staff. It’s easy to generate reports. I like the fact that we can have everything from payroll and staff statistics to performance reviews all in one system.

Cons
Sometimes it can feel a bit of a faff when you want to do something new in the system. Sometimes it’s a bit difficult to know who to contact at Sympa to get help.
In some places, the ‘view’ of the tables is limited (e.g. you have to scroll down, move the scroll bar and scroll back up again)
It is important that it is easy for end users. For example, it is not easy for managers to manage the booking of certified training courses.
