Pros
Sympa is a highly customisable system, and you can do a lot yourself if you have the time and know-how. There is a good library of manuals and a useful help centre. Many changes can be made quickly and relatively easily.
Support and service are still very good. The experts and developers are knowledgeable and accessible. However, there used to be a faster chat service that could answer simpler queries, which was much appreciated. So, it’s a bit of a mixed bag :)

Cons
The system can sometimes feel a bit ‘sluggish’; this may be down to our environment. Reports take a long time to load, and staff cards load slowly. Changes take a while to process. However, this is a problem that comes and goes. It may be due to high usage at certain times.
