Pros
Sweet Automation is perceived as a very flexible platform with great opportunities for customisation. In the projects we have worked on, it has always been possible to find a solution, even when the needs have been quite specific. The platform feels stable and is limited more by your own imagination than by the functions.
Having an open and flexible platform allows you to develop according to specific requests, without being limited too much by fixed frameworks or predetermined features.
Easy to use, flexible. The reporting function saves a lot of time.

Cons
What we sometimes lack is more in-depth documentation and a clearer knowledge base. We do not have in-house developer expertise in the organisation and are therefore dependent on being able to read our way to solutions. There are basic descriptions of the functions, but more practical examples and guides would have been valuable.
Challenges in keeping to schedules and there are long lead times, creating unnecessary delays and inefficiencies in the process.
Can't think of anything. The teething problems at the beginning were solved quickly and easily by the support
Before, there was no treatment registry function, but they launched one this summer.
