Pros

As a GDPR advisor in a company that accounts for many different industries, it is of great value to work with Lexoforms. The system is both intuitive and secure to work with, making complex processes manageable and supporting effective management of compliance requirements. In addition, I can only praise the team behind the system for their attentive and professional approach to everything they do.
The platform is easy and clear! and there are reminders when there is something I need to be aware of.
Great support from Sweet, flawless system with few interruptions
The system is very easy to work in and is incredibly helpful in keeping track of all cases. The new features that we will get when upgrading, will make the work more efficient. Automatic reminder emails etc.

Can't seem to find anything.
Duplication of images and files in case management
Duplicate files in the case difficult to keep track of. With each mailing to the customer, files/images are duplicated.
