Pros

The highly responsive support team, dedicated points of contact, the intuitive user interface, the ability to create your own automations, and the team’s openness and flexibility when it comes to customer requests
Great support from Sweet, flawless system with few interruptions

Cons

There isn’t much to criticise. A few minor features are missing, such as the ability to filter for empty values in the CRM, for example.
Duplication of images and files in case management
Hmm... I don't think I have anything here, maybe little things about finding things and understanding the UI if you don't use it that often.
