Pros
The highly responsive support team, dedicated points of contact, the intuitive user interface, the ability to create your own automations, and the team’s openness and flexibility when it comes to customer requests
Great support from Sweet, flawless system with few interruptions
"We're very pleased with the personalised follow-up we've received since the start. Responses come quickly and we have a permanent contact we can rely on. The training and onboarding phase was very thorough and well planned. We've also received business reviews along the way, where we can see how we're doing in relation to other companies and get recommendations on what we need to improve.
When it comes to the tool itself, it works very well in relation to our needs. If we have needs that the platform does not cover, Apsis is also very positive about further developing it to meet our wishes.
Apsis is easy to use. We are a non-profit organisation and require a tool that is easy to get to grips with and start using, regardless of previous experience, so that new board members etc. can get started quickly. It works very well with Apsis.

Cons
There isn’t much to criticise. A few minor features are missing, such as the ability to filter for empty values in the CRM, for example.
Duplication of images and files in case management
Nothing special, other than an opportunity to hide segments that are no longer in use. This has been communicated, and we have been promised that it will be resolved.
I am satisfied with the functions we use; I wish we had more resources to utilise more functions, especially around the event part.
