Pros

Dashboards and the new AI features - helping me directly in the system. The new UI makes it easy to work with.
I'm quite happy with the marketing module and the ability to have beautiful mailings and sign-up forms that can be sent out segmented by committee and project. The sign-up forms and subsequent automation in relation to mailings is quite structured. The system also does a great job with surveys, presenting the results immediately in beautiful charts. The dashboard and search options provide good opportunities to segment and analyse target groups/segments. The integration with Outlook is good. The templates and lists are well-functioning and easy to manage, so all emails and documents that are used regularly are ready for all users.
An intuitive CRM with very good price-quality ratio. The team, especially Erik, is extremely helpful and educational, which makes both onboarding and daily use efficient and comfortable. Top class service.
DealJourney CRM delivers on all its promises. The system is very clear and user-friendly and has several fantastic features such as: customer lifecycle management, good KPI and leads overviews and not least a built-in function for tracking subscriptions. The system has good integrations, including with Fiken, which I really benefit from! And not least, there are more integrations on the way. Last but not least, the CRM system is very modern, unlike several other systems I've used. The team behind it is a well-composed team that really values customer service very highly. You can actually get hold of someone when you call and they are always very helpful if there is anything at all! This also made the onboarding process much better and easier than previous systems. I also appreciate the ability to cancel the system at any time if I don't need it (but I doubt that will happen). All in all, I highly recommend DealJourney CRM, I'm super happy with it!

Cons

A lot has happened in the system in the last year - so many of the challenges we faced are gone.
This is not a disadvantage, but as with all other systems, you have to think carefully about how you use the system as an organisation if you want to make the most of the functionality, but it requires some geekiness. I hope that development continues on the standard solution and not just new modules.
We have no complaints about the solution, which is perfect for our use.
I would like more AI functions & a FAQ, but it is more up to me to educate myself in this brilliant system.
