Why do companies choose you?

Why choose your software?

  • Visibility and execution in one system: KIME benchmarks your performance across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, then Agentic Execution (AWX) deploys AI agents that carry out the GEO strategies your data points to, automatically.
  • Ads and organic answers, in one view: KIME also tracks competitor ad placements inside AI search results, so paid and earned visibility stop being two separate reports.
  • An optimization and recommendation layer: Agentic Workforce Execution (AWX) automatically drafts the content, outreach and technical fixes your citation data shows are missing, turning AI search optimization from a report into shipped work.

Why choose you as a supplier?

  • Built by AI search specialists: KIME was founded specifically for generative engine optimization (GEO), by a team with 10+ years of experience in digital marketing and highly competent AI background.
  • An extension of your team, not just a dashboard: Besides tracking KIME offers extended account management and quarterly strategy workshops, so KIME's own specialists work alongside yours.
  • Support from the team that builds the product: onboarding is included from the Core plan, and Enterprise customers get direct Slack access to KIME plus quarterly strategy sessions.

How do you position yourself in the market?

KIME is headquartered in Copenhagen and positions itself as one of the leading AI search platforms for AI search intelligence and Agentic Execution. Beyond its strong Nordic foothold, KIME is recognized as one of the most ambitious and fastest-scaling GEO platforms on the continent, setting the standard for how brands navigate the LLM landscape. KIME bridges the gap between insight and automated action, pairing coverage of ten AI engines, ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek and Meta AI, with Agentic Execution (AWX): autonomous AI agents that carry out the content, outreach and technical fixes the data calls for.

KIME also tracks competitor ads inside AI search results, a category most visibility tools don't cover, giving brands one view of paid/sponsored and organic earned AI presence instead of two disconnected reports. KIME gives brands and agencies a genuine first-mover advantage.

What needs and challenges do you solve for the customer?

The shift toward AI-driven search has turned brand discovery into a major blind spot for organisations. Marketers today struggle not only to track how language models perceive and recommend their brand, but also to find the specialized expertise and time required to actually influence the outcomes. KIME is built to remove both problems with one end-to-end platform.

KIME first delivers full clarity into a brand's AI presence: share of voice, sentiment, visibility and competitor positioning across every major AI engine it tracks. To turn that insight into results, Agentic Execution (AWX) takes over the optimization process itself, automating the manual work required to improve AI-search rankings and acting as a tireless extension of the team.

A native KIME MCP integration connects this data directly to the AI assistants a team already relies on, and extended account management is available for organisations that want KIME's own specialists driving the strategy from start to finish, a fully hands-off option for teams that need the outcome without the extra headcount.

Pros

The scoring system and the ability to see where other brands appear. This makes it easier to see which articles to prioritise.
The best thing about KIME is that the platform makes an area that can otherwise be very complex concrete and action-oriented. We can track how A-Speakers are found, mentioned and ranked in AI searches, whilst also gaining insight into our visibility compared to our competitors. This gives us a far better basis for prioritising our GEO efforts and working in a more data-driven way with our content. I find the combination of tracking and action particularly powerful. It’s not just about having yet another dashboard full of data, but about being able to translate those insights into concrete tasks and improvements.
The switch to Sugar Sell and even more so Sugar Serve has allowed us to completely change how we use our CRM. Now we have a database that we can pull reports from and allocate processes to. Serve with CJP and BPM allows a strategic process with automated steps that need to be followed in order to reach the next step. This means that important steps are not missed. For the user, it's streamlined and user-friendly too. Well done!
Easy to use. Navigating is super easy. The user interface is nice. The support is great. I like their Dashboard.

Cons

When browsing through new prompts every day, it can be a bit overwhelming to go through every article for each prompt across all the different LLMs. It would be brilliant to have a feature that highlights the ~6–10 new blog posts or articles that have appeared overnight and that we haven’t seen before. Perhaps this feature already exists and I just haven’t found it yet.
KIME operates in a field that is still relatively new, and so the platform does require a little time and understanding before you can derive the full benefit from the data. There are many possibilities and data points, and I would like to see even more help in automatically prioritising which initiatives are expected to generate the greatest commercial impact. That said, I also find that the product is developing rapidly, which is important in a field such as GEO and AI search.
The dynamic reports need more options for graphs. I also miss detailed year-to-year reports.
Some plugins don't work very well. Especially third-party plugins. The cost to get started is quite high. It's not very customisable, but on the other hand, there are a lot of features. Sometimes it can lag a bit and take time to load. The support is slow sometimes, but they still try to solve the problems.
