Pros
What I like most about Heartpace is how easy it is to get an overview of the organisation and my colleagues. It’s also been very useful for us that we can add multiple modules, so we can have many of our processes brought together in a single tool – for example, performance reviews, pay reviews and staff surveys.
Heartpace is an excellent system that enables us to manage our HR processes in a structured way throughout the year, making it easy for our managers to get things right!
You can set up a lot in the payroll system yourself. Very good help texts.
Very good support function.
The flexibility to customise the system to our business.

Cons
I have nothing negative to say about Heartpace; it has lived up to our expectations. The system has evolved considerably since we’ve had it, so the aspects I previously had reservations about have been significantly improved.
I sometimes find that certain modules are administratively burdensome; I would like to be able to copy data more easily and have more detailed analysis of the results.
It can be difficult to understand the links between the different governing elements (contract constants, matrices, formulae, processing rules).
That you have to blunder on and can't press enter :P
