Pros
That SD Worx is as interested in developing and finding solutions to problems as we are. We rarely get the answer that it can't be solved when we want to streamline something.
The possibility to configure according to the company's wishes.
We have now been using most parts of the system for a number of years and Trinax has really become better and better along the way. It is very clear that they are continuously working on improvements in the system. The staff is very nice, helpful and responsive.
I really have nothing negative to say about Trinax and we have been using their system for 3 years now. I am so satisfied that I have also transferred the company's entire driving records to them.
Something that is really positive about Trinax is that I as an admin can perform all parts of the system via mobile device which I could not before with other system providers.
I highly recommend Trinax to everyone I have talked to!
Easy to work in, clear simple language. We export the reported times to Fortnox, which is our payroll system. The drivers report their times directly on the website/"app".

Cons
That it takes a long time to learn how to build processes and become self-sufficient in the system, due to its complexity (but this is also what makes it such a flexible system).
Goes live 1/4 2023 so time will tell.
Nothing negative to say!
It is not currently possible to export all employees' timesheets at the same time.
