Pros
That SD Worx is as interested in developing and finding solutions to problems as we are. We rarely get the answer that it can't be solved when we want to streamline something.
The possibility to configure according to the company's wishes.
Easy system to keep track of working hours, absences and projects for all employees. Fast approval process.
Not only does the system ensure compliance with legal requirements, but most importantly, it saves us a lot of administration time. It's easy and straightforward.

Cons
That it takes a long time to learn how to build processes and become self-sufficient in the system, due to its complexity (but this is also what makes it such a flexible system).
Goes live 1/4 2023 so time will tell.
In fact, the system fits our needs perfectly
There could be an opportunity for shift swapping.
