Pros

Looking back on my many years at GLS, our collaboration with GAIS is one of the things I will remember most fondly. Over the years, GAIS has been much more than just a supplier. We have built a strong partnership in which we have shared experiences, challenged one another professionally and, together, found solutions that have made our work on wellbeing, engagement and leadership even stronger. What I have particularly valued is the trust and mutual respect that have characterised our collaboration. We’ve been able to have fruitful discussions when things went to plan – but also honest and constructive conversations when things were difficult or needed rethinking. And it is precisely in this regard that GAIS has proved to be a strong partner: always curious, professional and focused on how we could create even more value together. For me, this has been a partnership where professionalism and humanity go hand in hand. GAIS has not merely provided a tool, but has been an active sparring partner in our ongoing efforts to create a strong workplace. I can therefore wholeheartedly recommend GAIS as a partner. Thank you for many years of strong collaboration, fruitful discussions, professional challenges and – not least – for always helping us find solutions together.
I particularly like how user-friendly and intuitive GAIS is. The platform is easy to navigate and makes it straightforward to work on our annual well-being survey. At the same time, I find that GAIS integrates really well with our performance review process, which creates a good sense of coherence in our work on employee wellbeing and development. I’d also like to highlight the team at GAIS, who are always incredibly helpful, committed and welcoming. You really get the sense that they’re keen to help and ensure we get the most out of the platform.
That SD Worx is as interested in developing and finding solutions to problems as we are. We rarely get the answer that it can't be solved when we want to streamline something.
The possibility to configure according to the company's wishes.

Cons

I can only say very good things about GAIS and the development the company has undergone. Today, GAIS stands as a strong and independent organisation, and I think it’s clear just how much expertise, experience and ambition lie behind it.
There isn’t actually anything specific I can point to that I like the least. GAIS works really well for what we use the platform for, and on the occasions when we’ve had questions or needed help, the team have been quick to respond and committed to providing support. If I had to name one thing, it would probably be continued development and inspiration on how we can get even more value out of the platform and the data it provides us with.
That it takes a long time to learn how to build processes and become self-sufficient in the system, due to its complexity (but this is also what makes it such a flexible system).
Goes live 1/4 2023 so time will tell.
