Pros
Xledger is good at automation and drill-down to the basis of most reports. The system also has good solutions for invoice flow and automation.
The program also allows a much greater degree of customisation of screens than the smaller accounting programs such as Tripletex and Poweroffice.
Group and opportunities for reports. As well as project follow-up.
The scalability of the system is the most positive aspect. You can start small and then only your imagination sets the limits.
The flexibility to have a "big" flexible system at a manageable cost.

Somewhat high user threshold for beginners, but rewards those who bother to learn.
The design could be more vibrant.
It is important to think through the processes properly before implementing them, so further development of the system may take time.
That we need to adapt, but at the same time it has its advantages.
