Pros

It's incredibly easy to get an overview of the schedule, easy to use when you want to delete or move shifts, crazy nice to get a quick overview of staff costs. That there is an app for all employees where you can see both your own but also the overall schedule smoothly.
The best part is that the support staff are fantastically nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Problems are there to be solved and they solve the problem. Never shows that they are tired of my questions that I ask the same ones over and over again!
With SAP SuccessFactors, we can now move from manual, labour-intensive processes to automated and efficient lifecycle management.
A scalable solution that integrates well with our global HR strategy.

Nothing to complain about.
Some technical things that need to be simplified
Some modules require more in-depth training to be fully utilised.
Some features are clearly designed for larger and more complex organisations, which we are not yet fully exploiting. At the same time, it is reassuring to know that the system can support our future growth.
