The supplier’s availability and guidance. We don’t have to go through a slow support process just to speak to a consultant who knows our business and can help.
The many possibilities offered by Business Central.
The best thing about Saldi.dk is its stable operation, high uptime and fast navigation. The user interface is simple and easy to work with, and we also enjoy a good, close relationship with the team behind the system. They are receptive to suggestions and feedback, which makes for a positive collaborative experience.
Excellent dialogue regarding support, potential changes and adjustments. Always open to making adjustments that benefit us and other customers. Not as rigid as other accounting systems, which is a huge plus.

It can sometimes take a bit of legwork to set things up in BC rather than, for example, e-conomic
The user interface could benefit from being modernised, and we would like to see more keyboard shortcuts, better and more flexible reporting options, and more options for automating recurring work processes. This would make the system even more efficient in day-to-day use.
Not as user-friendly as others, which I think poses challenges for some customers.
Lack of a comprehensive change log detailing changes.
