What do you like most?
The best thing about Saldi.dk is its stable operation, high uptime and fast navigation. The user interface is simple and easy to work with, and we also enjoy a good, close relationship with the team behind the system. They are receptive to suggestions and feedback, which makes for a positive collaborative experience.
What do you like least?
The user interface could benefit from being modernised, and we would like to see more keyboard shortcuts, better and more flexible reporting options, and more options for automating recurring work processes. This would make the system even more efficient in day-to-day use.
What problems do you feel Saldi solves?
Saldi has helped us to consolidate and streamline a number of key administrative processes in our day-to-day operations. The system provides us with a clear overview and enables us to work quickly on tasks such as order processing, invoicing, stock management and finance. The stable operation and quick navigation mean that we can handle many daily transactions efficiently and with fewer manual workflows. At the same time, the close dialogue with Saldi allows us to continuously adapt and improve our workflows.

What do you like most?
Excellent dialogue regarding support, potential changes and adjustments. Always open to making adjustments that benefit us and other customers. Not as rigid as other accounting systems, which is a huge plus.
What do you like least?
Not as user-friendly as others, which I think poses challenges for some customers. Lack of a comprehensive change log detailing changes.
What problems do you feel Saldi solves?
Optimisation processes relating to invoicing, as well as constructive dialogue regarding the options available within our accounting system.

Overview
Saldi is a Danish accounting and ERP system for small and medium-sized businesses. It combines accounting, bookkeeping, invoicing, order and inventory management, and project management in one flexible solution. As an open-source system, Saldi can be adapted to the needs of each business and grow with the company.
Saldi is used to bring together a company’s day-to-day financial and business management in a single system – from sales and order processing to stock management, invoicing and bookkeeping. A typical workflow begins with a quotation or an order. When a sale is made, stock levels are updated, the invoice is posted, and the company can continuously monitor payments, cash flow and finances from the same system.
Evaluation
Saldi is hosted in Danish data centres, ensuring that data is processed in accordance with EU data protection regulations. Access is controlled via role-based user permissions, all data is encrypted during transmission, and daily backups are taken. Operations are documented with 99.997% uptime and zero data breaches since 2003. As an open-source solution, Danosoft owns the source code for Saldi and thus has full control over the platform’s development and maintenance.
