What do you like most?
Excellent dialogue regarding support, potential changes and adjustments. Always open to making adjustments that benefit us and other customers. Not as rigid as other accounting systems, which is a huge plus.
What do you like least?
Not as user-friendly as others, which I think poses challenges for some customers. Lack of a comprehensive change log detailing changes.

Optimisation processes relating to invoicing, as well as constructive dialogue regarding the options available within our accounting system.
