Good staff who are responsive and knowledgeable.
The system is attractive in appearance, simple and user-friendly case management system and easy to publish news and information.

There is nothing we are unhappy about
Limits on the number of letters for text in e.g. anomaly reporting.
Everything, complicated, not easy to understand how to do, requires a full time admin, Not integrated into other MS systems...
