Definitely the service – and Julie in particular. She’s been incredibly helpful, quick to reply and really good at following up. You don’t just feel like you’re just another customer number. Julie has been personal, solution-oriented and has made the whole process with Flatpay incredibly easy. There isn’t really much negative to point out. If I had to name one thing, it would be that I’d like to see even more features and options built directly into the system, but the experience and service themselves have been really good.
