What do you like most?

Definitely the service – and Julie in particular. She’s been incredibly helpful, quick to reply and really good at following up. You don’t just feel like you’re just another customer number. Julie has been personal, solution-oriented and has made the whole process with Flatpay incredibly easy. It’s rare to come across that combination of high professional standards and genuinely good customer service. She really deserves a lot of praise.

What do you like least?

There isn’t really much negative to point out. If I had to name one thing, it would be that I’d like to see even more features and options built directly into the system, but the experience and service themselves have been really good.

What problems do you feel Flatpay solves?

Flatpay has made our in-person payments far simpler and more straightforward. For us, as we work with physical retail outlets, pop-ups and trade fairs, it’s important to have a solution that simply works and is easy to integrate into our day-to-day operations. At the same time, it makes a huge difference to know that you can get help quickly if any questions arise. Julie, in particular, has been fantastic and has made our entire collaboration with Flatpay a really positive experience.
