The ease of getting in touch with you and that you always respond quickly and in detail
Easy to customise for our business.
It is very neat and easy to use. The support for OSA is a big plus.
The analysis and support to implement improvements. Then overall, Workly feels very easy and smooth to use.

Not detected anything so far that does not work.
Just small things, they have been very responsive and listened to our views.
The only thing I can think of is that there have been some minor bugs. But that's the way it is with all systems and it feels like they handled it in a good way.
