Pros
It's incredibly easy to get an overview of the schedule, easy to use when you want to delete or move shifts, crazy nice to get a quick overview of staff costs. That there is an app for all employees where you can see both your own but also the overall schedule smoothly.
The best part is that the support staff are fantastically nice, knowledgeable and helpful.
Problems are there to be solved and they solve the problem. Never shows that they are tired of my questions that I ask the same ones over and over again!

We are particularly excited about how user-friendly the platform is and the high degree of flexibility it offers. It's clear that HR-ON is designed with the user in mind, and the support team is both fast and competent. In addition, their Masterclass provides a great insight into the different features and possibilities of the system, making it easier to get the most out of the platform.

Not yet had good success with integration to other systems
We have not yet experienced any significant challenges with HR-ON. As with all systems, there are small things that could be adjusted, but overall the platform works very well and fully meets our needs.
