Pros
The system’s flexibility and the company’s responsiveness to updates!
The simplicity of the system and the seamless synchronisation with Fortnox mean we save both time and administrative effort, whilst gaining a clear overview of customer data and workflows.
Sending emails via Paloma works well. You get quick replies when you contact support.
Good support, good value, hassle-free service.

Cons
Nothing in particular
We’re absolutely delighted!
The fact that the events aren’t mobile-friendly. A great many people check their emails on their phones, and when we send out event invitations by email, there’s a risk that people won’t be able to register easily.
Handling images in the newsletter builder is a bit fiddly and restrictive.
