Pros
We’ve had a really positive experience with ReQruiting, which is an efficient and user-friendly system that makes it easy to manage the entire recruitment process.
The system gives us a clear overview of candidates, vacancies and the various stages of the recruitment process. It saves us a great deal of administrative work and allows us to spend more time on what really matters – namely, engaging with candidates and companies.
At the same time, we’ve found the service and support from the team behind ReQruiting to be excellent. They’re always welcoming, solution-oriented and responsive to our wishes and needs.
ReQruiting provides a clear overview and makes it easier to keep track of candidates and recruitment tasks. As a small recruitment agency, I appreciate being able to centralise my work in one place and spend more time engaging with candidates and clients.

Oracle has, in my opinion, a very good platform where you as a customer can integrate freely to get a comprehensive IT structure.

Cons
There is always room for further development and new features, but overall the system works really well and meets our expectations.
I don’t have anything significant to highlight as a negative. The system is very simple to use, and Søren has quickly helped to resolve any issues that have arisen during the set-up phase. It all runs smoothly and is very straightforward to work with.
When it is this big, it also takes time. You really need to think carefully before making changes. It's not cheap either...
