Pros
Innomate is always open and quick to initiate new requests. If I have questions about an existing module or requests for changes, the enquiry is dealt with within 24 hours. The system is very stable.
That you have almost everything related to personnel in one system and you can set up flows that automate many workflows and, for the most part, can be customised to your wishes and needs
Flexibility. You can do anything, so we customise the system to suit our processes
Oracle has, in my opinion, a very good platform where you as a customer can integrate freely to get a comprehensive IT structure.

The few places in the system where you can't get customisation according to your wants and needs.
When it is this big, it also takes time. You really need to think carefully before making changes. It's not cheap either...
