Innomate is always open and quick to initiate new requests. If I have questions about an existing module or requests for changes, the enquiry is dealt with within 24 hours. The system is very stable.

INNOMATE HR is a comprehensive HR solution that helps you keep track of your HR data and accelerates digitalisation through automated workflows in recruitment, pre- and onboarding, offboarding, organisational data and structure, administration, performance reviews, skills development and training administration. For example, with an onboarding workflow, you can automate your process, such as: - Sending emails to the manager, the employee and other stakeholders (e.g. IT and the payroll department) - Set up reminders for probationary period reviews - Record skills development - Initiate the process of obtaining consent, e.g. regarding the use of photographs - Set up user access
Evaluation
INNOMATE HR is hosted in EU data centres in Ireland, ensuring that personal data remains within the scope of the GDPR. Access is managed via SSO (Entra ID and other solutions) and role-based permissions down to field level. All traffic is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Daily backups are taken and retained for 30 days.
