Pros
It was so quick and easy to get started with Smartplan. It sounds like a cliché, but I was at my wits’ end with the shop rota. It felt as though all my ‘problems’ vanished when I no longer had to deal with the rota every week. I’ve created a rolling 4-week rota. Brilliant 🤗
Simple and easy for all users.
How quickly we can get the invoices out now. The work order is already sorted with the time and materials specified for when the lads have finished the job. Bonus points for the support team, who are always super-quick to help if you get stuck!
Definitely the way it handles wholesalers. Being able to compare prices straight away and import EDI orders into the system saves us an enormous amount of time. The support is really quick and responsive too!
