Yesbox is responsive and helpful to our needs. Clear summaries of results presented in an attractive way.
A personalised approach. Competent and experienced staff. Adaptable to our needs and wishes. Help in formulating questions and interpreting results. Possibility to choose additional services in the form of presentations for groups of employees, etc. Cost-effective.
User-friendly, smooth and clear
The flexibility of the system is what appeals to me most. I love being able to keep an eye on how our employees perceive their daily lives at all times!

A bit "outdated" interface.
This is not really a criticism of the system, but perhaps the layout could be modernised.
Some questions don't feel relevant to the office environment
Challenging to know how to work with the data we receive as effectively as possible to bring about the changes needed internally
