That there seem to be so many possibilities to mould lime in the way you want it
Simple and clear. Logical flows.
Simplicity. Focus on sales features which is what we asked for.
That they quickly fix something if we need some function that does not exist.
Then good overview of customer.
Quick feedback if something should go wrong which hardly happens.
Customer search with all companies from the Swedish Companies Registration Office

Cons
The IT security level, but mainly because we are sitting on an older Lime solution that we are moving away from.
That I feel that some things that should be automatic/integrated require manual intervention from Lime staff and thus cost.
