That there seem to be so many possibilities to mould lime in the way you want it
Simple and clear. Logical flows.
Smooth and smart system with many good features to keep our sales going and gives us structure and order.
It's easy to keep track of all leads and what stage each lead is in.

The IT security level, but mainly because we are sitting on an older Lime solution that we are moving away from.
That I feel that some things that should be automatic/integrated require manual intervention from Lime staff and thus cost.
I just wish they would keep adding new features
Filtering can sometimes be a bit blunt.
