That there seem to be so many possibilities to mould lime in the way you want it
Simple and clear. Logical flows.
Implementation of the system was very smooth and easy.

The IT security level, but mainly because we are sitting on an older Lime solution that we are moving away from.
That I feel that some things that should be automatic/integrated require manual intervention from Lime staff and thus cost.
Took time to understand the capabilities of the system would need to spend time on training more than expected.
