Pros
I have used learnster as part of a project, mainly in connection with specific process automation requirement. It was useful to have a platform that supports knowledge sharing and makes relevant project information acessible.
The simplicity of the system is a major strength. It is easy to navigate and the user experience (UX) is well thought-out and intuitive, enabling both administrators and users to find what they are looking for quickly.

My experience with Learnster has been limited to a particular project use case, so I haven't explored all its features. I don't have enough exposure to comment on any specific limitations at this point.
The biggest challenge is the complexity of how programmes are structured compared to individual courses. Assignments, tagging and certain settings are managed in different places, which makes it difficult to get a clear overview. This makes administration more time-consuming and increases the risk of overlooking a setting.
