Pros

It is easy for managers to approve and for employees to report and follow up. Clear, digital and less administration for both HR and finance.
Feels stable and professional. Much is automated and it is easier to keep track of documentation. Good to be able to get help quickly when something is unclear.
Function to scan receipt
I think it's a user-friendly system, both on the web and in the app. Great with the log where you can show who did what and when.

Cons

The onboarding took a little longer than we thought because we wanted to set everything up correctly from the start.
Some reports and special cases require a little extra manual effort compared to the standard flow.
The fact that health care cannot be cancelled for employees in need. It creates great confusion. The fact that you have to tick all the authorisation levels, it takes time and the managers forget. They only tick the first one, which should be enough if you have all levels. Inefficient.
Difficult to derive the expenditure in the payroll programme, sometimes difficult for employees to understand the mandatory fields
