I like everything but there are always things to improve in the programme. It depends on what your needs are.
Would like to have more instructional videos on how to work with different parts of the system.
The fact that health care cannot be cancelled for employees in need. It creates great confusion.
The fact that you have to tick all the authorisation levels, it takes time and the managers forget. They only tick the first one, which should be enough if you have all levels. Inefficient.
Difficult to derive the expenditure in the payroll programme, sometimes difficult for employees to understand the mandatory fields
